For me, psychotherapy is a process of self-discovery. The goal is to develop greater self-awareness that leads to a more fulfilling life. I deeply believe in therapy as a proactive and powerful tool for personal change and growth. My goal is to help you find your authentic self and realize your full potential for happiness and wellbeing.

I identify as a relational psychotherapist. Through this approach, I help people refine and develop the skills needed to maintain stable, healthy and secure relationships. I believe psychotherapy is a process of learning about yourself, gaining access to your feelings and finding clarity.

As your therapist my role will involve creating a safe, confidential space for you to feel seen, heard and understood. I will help you fully explore your thoughts, feelings and ways of relating to yourself and others. I will help you understand and work through the parts of your life that feel stuck and walk with you on your journey towards self-discovery, empowerment, clarity and balance. As you begin trusting your process, I will challenge you to find your best answers to create a more satisfying, meaningful and fulfilling life. My wish is that you leave therapy with old wounds healed, better life decisions made and confidence in your strength to face life’s challenges.

Most clients come to see me because they find themselves wanting more in life. Successful therapy involves not only working through difficult experiences and emotions, but also practicing new ways of relating. Successful therapy allows you to experience the empowerment of greater self-awareness and to gain control over your life.

My goal is to help clients feel safe, supported and understood, while also challenging them to grow, to express their feelings more effectively and to have fuller, more authentic lives and relationships.
